Whether you have been practicing Vinyasa+ or curious to attend, this workshop will give you confidence and skills with some of the more complex yoga postures from both the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition and the Advanced Bikram Yoga series.
Each workshop will include a flow practice to warm the body and plenty of time with each target posture to learn and attempt from different angles and with multiple variations and modifications.
